The Panther Turning tourist for a few hours here in NS

Panther visiting the coastline of the
ATLANTIC OCEAN

The team had a few hours to catch up on work today, Thursday and I decided to prowl through the little town of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. This is where our "base camp" is located. This is a very small, quiet town, the coast stretches along the road as we drive up and down everyday. But this PANTHER defintely spotted quite a few differences between our town of Moraga and the California coastline as compared to the Atlantic Coastline. Trust me, I also have fallen in love with this coastline out here but the windfactor was going 50 miles an hour and I could not get my hand to take a steady picture nor keep myself from blowing over!
What I want you do to is connect your schema about these pictures and think if you spot the differences between our town and that of Lunenburg and see if there are differences.
I will be waiting!
Onward we go boys and girls....

I think that the differences are that Moraga has different houses and has more roads. The weather is different because it is much colder in Nova Scotia.

It looks colder at Lunenburg than the town. The rocks look different by their shapes and sizes at the beach.

I think that the differences are that it rains more and it is definitely colder from what you said on your blog. And you said it's pretty baren, but Moraga has a lot of plants, roads, people, and houses.~CT

5th one is a trashcan. It's lock because animals might look into the trashcan to look for foods if it's not locked.DE

There is a lot of trees in the backround. It is also on the Atlantic coast. Those are the differences I saw.- RA

Nova Scotia is WAY COLDER than Moraga. It probably rains a lot more there than it does here. You also said it's barren there, but Moraga probably has more life than Nova Scotia.

It also looks bumpier on the coast than in California. On the coast I've been to, the sand was soft and there wasn't as much dirt. I can tell that the rocks are much bigger. It looks like a rocky coast out there. By the way your hair is motioning, I can tell that it is pretty windy where you were.

Nova Scotia is near the Atlantic Ocean up north and the town is much smaller and cooler and it has a beach.

I think the differences are that the houses are much smaller and that Nova Scotia has less roads. There, in Nova Scotia it has animals that do not live here in Moraga. Also, the weather conditions are different too. it is hotter here and much colder in Nova Scotia.~JB

Millie, Lunenberg is so windy, so cold, full of pine (cold kasi), not so green grass (cold kasi), big boulders of bluish grey, beach covered with rocks/boulders, looks like sandy area instead of soil, shingle low houses (windy and sandy kasi), are nights longer than days, long winters? ... reminds me of a place... sigh...
