The last entry of the week!
Hey everyone! Hope things are well with you all this week. Today the traps that my partner and I set got 2 more voles, so I'm definitely representing you guys! While we were covering a section of the woods to check out for evidence of animals, we uncovered a large snake! It's pretty cool :) We also went to a pond that had a beaver den in it so we could check out the wildlife over there. I took some good pictures...unfortunately the blog won't let me download them today. I'll have them on there as soon as I can! Anyways, this will be the last blog for a couple of days. I'll be posting again this weekend. Have a great time this weekend (Especially the ones that are going to prom!).

What gear do you wear to protect yourself from vole bites?
Hey Mr. Wolfe have your traps caught any other animals other then mouse and voles or are those animals just your main focus right now
We did catch some chipmunks but yep, that would be the main focus for the trapping! Also, we are careful with the voles and mice to make sure they do not bite. I guess if you do not grab them correctly you are going to get bit!
Hi Ben,
This is great being able to participate in your experiences via your blog. I am learning from your experiences that are giving me a new perspective about wildlife. Looks like you are enjoying every moment!
And you are right, I was nice and warm when you were in the snow and cold. But I think you liked it much more than what I would.
Love, mom
