Hi Students,
I have never had a blog before so I hope you will write comments to me. How do you think a forest in Maryland will be different from a forest in southern Louisiana? Can you name any trees that grow in our area? Do you think I will find the same trees in Maryland? Why or why not? Mrs. Catledge

The students in Mrs. Champagne's class think Mrs. Catledge will see different trees than we see in Louisiana. The trees we can name are cypress, pecan, pine, citrus, oak, and satsuma.

The students in Mrs. Henderson's class were thinking about how Mrs. Catledge might be able to know animals were around withour seeing them. Some suggestions were footprints, feces, sounds, nests/homes, markings, and skeletons.

Hello,
I believe the forest will be diffrent because of the diffrent weather. But I still believe you can find the same type trees there.
