flying to the north pole
Labman is going Arctic!!!!! Well....not really......But very close. Mr Hovey is heading out for two weeks to Churchill Manitoba.
Churchill is unique. It is known as the polar bear capitol of the world. It is where the arctic tundra and boreal forest meet. It is a port town located on The Hudson Bay with a worldclass arctic research center. A couple years ago I started making movies starring a "superhero" named Labman that makes learning science fun. I think some of my students benefited.
Im in mr. hoveys ap environmental class. It seems interesting.
Can't wait to learn more in Mr. Hovey's Ap Environmental class! It's going to be an interesting year :)

hovey your pretty much the best teacher we have in south park and i'm sure a lot of people are thankful for the things you do and the things you let students experience hands on. i can't wait to see what we do this year.

im not sure if you received my post that i sent from school, as i do not see it posted here, soooo..i will simply say it again....this is so exciting for you, and for all of us here at South Park. You are a remarkable teacher, and the students are continuing to learn via your posts even in your absence as you venture into your research. HOW UTTERLY MARVELOUS!. You and your green team should be so extremely proud. Even though ive been a wet dishrag in terms of helping you with your peninsula project, please do know that i completely support you and your efforts, and every time i know its another chance to redeem myself, ive yet to make it to help.....but, the year is still young, and before the year is out, i plan on stepping in at least one time. Keep up the fantastic work, and thanks for all that you do labman!
