Welcome to Blogging Earthwatch!
Welcome to Blogging Earthwatch and congratulations on your selection to teach Live From the Field. This is the first step in creating your Earthwatch Blog. We, and our grant partners, take pride in being able to provide this opportunity to take teachers and their students into the field.
Your Earthwatch blog has been created using Blogger.com. An invitation to join the blog as a Contributor has been sent to you via email.
If you have any questions, please email us.
Guidelines for your blog:
- The template used to create your blog must remain the same. Do not make changes to the html code.
- The title banner and grantor logos must remain the same and in the same location
- Any links to Earthwatch pages or grantor pages must remain the same
- We encourage you to modify your bio and picture (in your Blogger account) to something which will engage your students. Have fun!
- Post and add photos as you choose
- You may share your blog URL with family, friends, coworkers, and students
- Questionable content - when in doubt about what content should or should not be added, ask yourself "Would my school allow me to post this on their site?". If the answer is "No", then don't post it on your Earthwatch blog.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have.
